**Job Overview**
The Staff Accountant will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting the overall financial health of the company. **Duties and Responsibilities**
- Prepare and maintain financial records, ensure transactions are properly recorded including general ledger entries, accounts payable and receivable, and payroll.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Participate in the monthly close process including but not limited to reconciling balance sheet accounts, researching and resolving discrepancies, reviewing revenue and expenses for proper coding, and preparing journal entries.
