Your Role

Staff Engineer Characterization in our Research & Development team. You'll merge creativity with your technical expertise by shaping the future of technology, driving groundbreaking projects, and bringing new ideas to life.

• Perform and analyze HVDC, AC, CV, and transient electrical characterization for on-wafer and packaged GaN HEMTs
• Design on-wafer test structures and automate probing stations/measurement systems for efficient data acquisition
• Interpret physical analysis data (SEM/TEM, thermal imaging, EDX, SIMS) to support device physics understanding and failure analysis
• Coordinate characterization data with modeling teams to develop compact device models for circuit simulation
• Partner with design and application engineering teams to diagnose device behavior and drive performance improvements
