Lead full‑stack development efforts—designing scalable backend systems and crafting seamless front‑end experiences. Partner with leadership to shape the product direction and technical roadmap. Collaborate with engineering leaders to make critical architectural decisions around performance, scalability, and reliability. Mentor and collaborate with a team of dedicated engineers, fostering speed and quality in equal measure.
