About The Role

You will own how customers experience Nu across saving, spending, and credit, balancing growth, unit economics, and simplicity at scale. The role combines strategy and execution, with ownership across Cards, Yield, Financing, Payments, and Partnerships. You’ll lead complex launches and migrations, and own critical business levers including pricing, credit line performance, asset growth, churn and retention, as well as partner operations scalability. This role sits at the core of Nu Colombia’s portfolio strategy and requires strong judgment to navigate trade‑offs between growth vs. profitability, engagement vs. churn, and portfolio complexity vs. customer clarity, while delivering impact at scale.
