Job Requirements :

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in import purchasing
• Deep Knowledge of import shipping procedures (preloading, invoices, packing lists)
• Knowledge of technical equipment products / product knowledge
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Job Description :

• Manage the procurement cycle, from aligning requisitions with forecasts, creating purchase orders (POs) in the ERP system, synchronizing sales contracts with suppliers, to accurately filing documents.
• Verify shipping documents (preloading, invoices, packing lists), coordinate the import process with relevant departments and customs, and ensure documents are ready for the goods receipt process.
