Schedule: on‑site 5 days a week

Internship dates: August 31st to December 18th, 2026

What will your day‑to‑day look like?

• Manage employees in a unionized environment by working closely with the supervisor (ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations, assign tasks, act as a resource person for the department, apply the rules of the collective agreement).
• Act as an agent of prevention and compliance with occupational health and safety rules.
• Take charge and deploy strategies to reduce non‑quality.
• Take charge of projects (layout, health and safety, environment, productivity, etc.) allowing for continuous improvement of the department.
