Stagiair(e) Recruitment Toezicht 

Als stagiair(e) Recruitment maak je écht deel uit van ons team en draag je actief bij aan het werven van BOA’s en toezichthouders. Jij bent de verbindende schakel tussen kandidaten en onze organisatie.

In deze rol:

  • Zoek en match je geschikte kandidaten voor actuele BOA- en toezichtvacatures via jobboards, LinkedIn en onze eigen talentpools.
  • Voer je (telefonische) voorselecties en plan je gesprekken in met recruiters en accountmanagers.
  • Beheer en onderhoud je ons ATS-systeem, zodat alle gegevens actueel en overzichtelijk blijven.
  • Ondersteun je bij selectiedagen en wervingsacties, zoals HTV-scholen en BOA-events.
  • Schrijf je wervende vacatureteksten en social media posts die kandidaten enthousiast maken om te solliciteren.
