Job Description
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and organize stakeholder meetings by preparing detailed agendas and managing all logistical aspects, including venue arrangements, virtual platforms, and required equipment.
- Act as the primary liaison among various stakeholders, maintaining consistent communication to ensure everyone is informed about meeting schedules, updates, and outcomes.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of activities, including meeting minutes, attendance logs, and action items, and generate regular reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise, promote strong collaborative relationships, and assist in the development and execution of engagement strategies.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, facilitate meaningful discussions during meetings, and assist in organizing events and activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
