Qualification: B.E / B.Tech or Diploma.

Experience: 4+ years from Steel Melting industry.

1. Ensure adherence to the production tonnege target and OTD

Review the daily planning of Core Shop, Moulding, Melting and Pouring team.

Ensure availability of raw materials for all the teams.

Interact and direct teams on the daily plan.

Ensure the adherence of the teams to the plan by planning deprtment.

Ensure Man hour per ton is maintained as per requirement.

Train workers on the procedures and safety practices.

Inspect and ensure the updation of production log by the team.

Co-ordinate and hadle external audits.

2. Continuous improvement of process

Ensure all the process adheres to their lead time.
