Job Description
Lead the SportChek store team as a Store General Manager, focusing on customer experience and operational excellence. Drive service levels and fulfill eCommerce orders to enhance the customer journey.
As a Store General Manager for SportChek, you will be responsible for overseeing customer service, operations, and training within the store. Your expertise in coaching and mentoring will ensure the development of your team and adherence to corporate standards. You will also manage inventory control and compliance with operational policies to maximize store efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute customer experience initiatives and resolve concerns
• Implement and uphold store visual compliance and maintenance
• Achieve corporate shrink targets through team education
• Ensure adherence to LP, Cash, and Audit policies
• Create and manage weekly sales schedules
