The Fendi Store Manager will own the business, act as a Fendi Ambassador, and be accountable for overall store performance. The role involves overseeing and leading the management of the store, employees, merchandise, and achieving store targets while creating a positive experience for internal and external clients. Responsibilities include inspiring the team, building succession plans, and creating internal growth paths for all staff members.
