DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES

1. Manage the inspection of all incoming consignments of medicines and equipment in terms of quality and quantity, verifying them against the purchase orders and shipping documents.
2. Ensure the sharing of WHO goods information with warehouse staff to maintain the accuracy of the administrative stock database.
3. Ensure a proper storage arrangement of drugs and medical supplies and equipment according to WHO Standard Operating Procedure for the Storage and Handling of Drugs, Medical Supplies, and Undertake quality data entry of inbounds and outbounds of the goods stored in both warehouses in Kyiv through GIMS/BMS systems.
5. Notify supervisors and prepare reports for pre-expired goods, goods delivered in a damaged condition or wrong quantities for initiating insurance claims or return of items.
