Strategic Account Executive (SAE)

We are now hiring ambitious, motivated Strategic Account Executives to work virtually (work from home).

Overview

The Strategic Account Executive must be strategic, proactive, agile, creative, and confident to foster executive relationships at the C‑Suite and Head of Shared Services level. They are responsible for revenue retention, growth, renewal motions, and client satisfaction for their assigned (1‑6) accounts.

• Understand clients and their business challenges.
• Understand Alight’s services, product offerings, and competition.
• Collaborate with solution architects and subject matter experts to provide market insights.
• Be the trusted advisor to assigned clients.
