Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate a portfolio of strategic, time‑limited projects across the Agency

Develop project plans, timelines, and implementation strategies to support organizational priorities

Collaborate with leaders and teams to design and implement tools, processes, and frameworks (e.g., KPI integration, performance management supports)

Support planning and implementation of new programs and service enhancements
