This position seeks a qualified lawyer with 2-5 years of experience ideally within fintech or technology sectors. Reporting to the Deputy General Counsel, you will provide actionable legal advice and mitigate risks across technology and vendor agreements in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Counsel on technology contracts and regulatory compliance
• Negotiate diverse agreements related to fintech solutions
• Identify and address operational legal issues proactively
• Engage in mentorship and support for junior legal staff
• Analyze and recommend strategies for legal risk management

Requirements:
• Law Degree and active Law Society of Ontario membership
• Minimum 2 years relevant legal practice experience
