By breaking down ABOUT YOU’s overall revenue and profit goals into clear, consumable input, we empower teams to work efficiently toward achieving company objectives. Planning is conducted at different levels of granularity – from the strategic 5-year plan to the fiscal year plan, monthly targets, and daily forecasts. We continuously monitor our KPIs, analyze deviations, and drive corrective actions. Through precise forecasting, target setting, as well as campaigns and performance analysis, we provide data-driven insights and hence support and guide our various stakeholders like pricing, marketing, merchandise planning, partner management or logistics in their business decisions.
