Job Description
Take charge of enterprise renewals as a Strategic Renewals Manager with Dayforce. This role centers on managing the renewal lifecycle while focusing on retention and revenue maximization.
As an individual contributor in Revenue Operations, you'll be responsible for ensuring timely renewals and creating accurate contracts. Collaborating with key internal teams, you will align contract terms with customer goals while proactively addressing renewal risks. Your efforts will significantly contribute to driving Net Revenue Retention (NRR).
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage renewal lifecycle from initiation to execution
• Partner with Customer Success and Sales leadership
• Draft and oversee compliance of renewal contracts
• Mitigate renewal risks through strategic solutions
• Maintain detailed forecasting in renewal systems
