Job Description
• Bachelor's degree or engineering degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields (preferred).
• Advanced, fluent proficiency in English • Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in Business Development, Corporate Technical Sales, Strategic Account Management, or complex Industrial Sales.
(Mandatory)• Mandatory experience in sectors such as precision machining, contract manufacturing, component manufacturing, assembly, or industrial systems integration.
• Demonstrable solid success in opening corporate accounts and closing high-value deals with long sales cycles.
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Strong commercial negotiation skills and ability to resolve financial/operational objections.
