Overview

We are seeking a Strategic Sourcing Manager – Senior to support enterprise-wide sourcing initiatives within the Human Resources category for a leading financial institution. This role will partner closely with People & Culture stakeholders to drive sourcing strategy, supplier management, contract negotiations, and procurement excellence across areas such as Recruitment, Benefits, Training, Relocation, and Administrative Services.
