**Minimum qualifications:**

+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 4 years of experience in Management Consulting, Business Strategy or Sales Operations.

**Preferred qualifications:**

+ Experience and knowledge in Google ads/performance products.
+ Ability to use business intelligence and dashboards, as well as analyze large data sets.
+ Ability to communicate fluently in Japanese and effectively in English to support client relationship management in the region.
+ Excellent communicator with exceptional presentation skills, as well as the ability to convey complex issues clearly.
