Compensation $145,000 - $150,000

Job Description Purpose is building one of Canada's most important independent wealth businesses – across two regulated channels, with a strategy that's clear and a leadership team that's ready to execute. What we need now is the person who closes the gap between the strategy and the scaled business on the other side of it.

You will be the execution force behind our wealth strategy – the person who owns the initiative no one else is running, unlocks the growth sitting just outside our reach, and ensures that what's decided actually happens. You will sit directly beside the VP Client Experience and Strategy, with access to the whole business and accountability for moving it forward.
