This is a highly rewarding role supporting students who require additional guidance with behaviour, engagement, attendance, and wellbeing. You will play a key role within the pastoral team, helping young people overcome barriers and achieve success both inside and outside the classroom.

The Student Support Worker Role:

Lead and manage the Internal Exclusion (Referral) Room
Mentor students at risk of disengagement
Support behaviour, attendance, and wellbeing initiatives
Investigate incidents and work closely with Heads of Year
Build positive relationships with students, families, and external agencies
