New Hall School is seeking to appoint a Student Support Manager for students in the Middle Division (Years 7–8). This role is central to the School’s outstanding pastoral provision, with a key focus on supporting the emotional and social development of students aged 11–13. Working closely with the Head of Middle Division and the wider pastoral team, the Student Support Manager will play a vital role in ensuring the effective delivery of high‑quality care, guidance, and wellbeing support. There are two Student Support Managers who work closely together, sharing ideas and expertise.
