Summary/Objective
The Studio Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of studio performance, including member acquisition and retention, sales execution, team development, and operational excellence. This role oversees the day-to-day operations of the studio while driving revenue growth, profitability, and delivery of a consistent, best-in-class member experience. The Studio Manager is accountable for recruiting, hiring, onboarding, coaching, and supervising studio team members while fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous development.
