Job Description

Linum Consult’s client is an international main contractor, urgently seeking a Subcontract Manager to manage key subcontract packages on a large Design & Build (UAV-GC) highway and bridge project in the Netherlands.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Administering and managing subcontract agreements

  • Leading subcontractor meetings (progress, commercial, contractual)

  • Frequently liaising with a JV/consortium

  • Identifying and managing contractual risks, variations, and deviations

  • Supporting negotiations related to changes, additional works, omissions, and claims

  • Maintaining accurate contractual records, correspondence, and reporting

  • Ensuring subcontract obligations align with the project schedule, cost, and quality targets

    • PROFILE 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management is preferred

  • At least 10 years’ experience as a Contract or ...
