Substitute Clerical Medicine Hat Public School Division serves our current enrolment of over 7,000 students. Our Division offers a full spectrum of programs and services centered on students’ needs with sensitivity to community and parents’ needs. Our wide range of programs service children from 2½ years of age to Grade 12. The Division is comprised of three high schools, three middle schools (including one with a Christian Education focus), 11 elementary schools, and a variety of Outreach Programs. Throughout the school year we recruit for substitute clerical staff to work on a casual on call basis throughout our Division to cover absences. Responsibilities may include: Operate switchboard, direct inquiries from public, parents, staff. Prepare various letters and correspondence.
