SuccessFactors HRIS Analyst

Our client is looking for a SuccessFactors HRIS Analyst to play a critical role in the optimization, configuration, and ongoing support of core HR systems. This position is ideal for an experienced SuccessFactors professional with hands‑on configuration expertise in Employee Central and at least one additional core module, such as Benefits or Compensation.

Location: On‑site 5 days per week in Calgary, Alberta or Vancouver, BC.

Base pay: CA$95,000.00 – CA$100,000.00 per year. Additional compensation may include bonus, RRSP matching, and pension.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and support core SAP SuccessFactors modules, with a strong focus on Employee Central, Benefits, and Compensation, including security roles, workflows, and business rules.
• Manage and resolve HRIS support tickets, troubleshooting system and data issues in collaboration with HR stakeholders, IT, and external vendors. <...
