Take charge as a Grinding Superintendent at The Miller Group, enhancing milling operations in the construction field. Lead teams with a strong focus on safety and efficiency.
As a Grinding Superintendent, you will bring over 5 years of road construction experience to oversee milling operations. This hands-on leadership role focuses on planning, accountability, and proactive problem-solving. Utilize your technical knowledge of milling equipment and your leadership skills to ensure work is completed efficiently and safely, while successfully coordinating with project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute and plan milling operations per project requirements
• Lead, coach, and monitor grinding crews effectively

• Ensure adherence to Client and contract specifications
Requirements:
• 5 years of experience in road construction with strong milling background
