Responsibilities

• Implements PCL's safety program in all site plans and procedures for assigned water/wastewater projects, ensuring compliance with safety and record-keeping requirements.
• Supervises, coaches, trains and mentors the project team.
• Effectively communicates with own forces and trades, ensuring performance, productivity, quality and safety requirements are met on water/wastewater projects.
• Collaborates with the construction/project manager and project team to proactively manage potential problems, work interferences, and schedule conflicts.
• Liases between field engineers, estimators, and subcontractors to ensure construction complies with drawings and specifications.
• Liases with client, other site contractors, union and labor relations, and site and office representatives.
