Position Overview

Hoy nuestro equipo de Medical Devices está creciendo y buscamos un Supervisor de Gestión Operativa para liderar la operación de nuestros clientes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operations team assigned to each client.
• Define formal operational processes.
• Ensure correct execution of order entry, logistics coordination, and billing.
• Monitor internal operational KPIs and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Consolidate and present performance reports for each team.
• Coordinate continuous improvement and optimization projects.
