WHAT WILL KEEP YOU BUSY:

• Supervising the day-to-day operations of a busy catering environment focusing on team members roles
• Support daily operations
• Monitoring the training needs of the team and supporting where needed
• Hold team meetings on a regular basis to communicate targets, standards required and company and client information
• Work with the Location Manager's budgets; achieve and maintain Health & Safety and Food Standards  in accordance with the budget and standards of BaxterStorey
• Develop and evolve all client’s services at the location, ensuring regular adjustments and improvements are both recommended and implemented
• Complete weekly stock takes
• Take and manage event bookings where required
• Assist with opening and closing procedures. Ensure that all units are prepared for daily operations and securely closed at the end of the day.
