Responsibilities

Under direct supervision, organizes, coordinates and manages the group leaders of their different production lines and/or assigned areas. Under indirect supervision, coordinates and monitors the activities of the production collaborators responsible for manufacturing the different products that they build in the production lines and/or areas under their charge. It is responsible for complying with the goals and targets of the key metrics corresponding to its lines and/or production areas. Coordinates the resources needed to achieve an effective shift start, ensuring that each of its lines and/or production areas don’t incur unnecessary downtime.
