Location: Praderas Team, Juarez Chih., Mex.

• Coordinates Production Supervisors and Production Team Leaders and directs labor.
• Ensures that the team follows safety and quality procedures and rules.
• Ensures production follows the production schedule.
• Provides support to the team to meet goals.
• Develops and generates reports according to plant KPIs (Efficiency, Quality, 5’s and Safety mainly).
• Ensures that the team follows ethics and integrity policy and internal rules.
• Ensures that all team members are trained to develop the assigned tasks according to established procedures.
• Follows up production plan and execution.
• Follows up and maintains labor efficiency and implements corrective actions when out of goal.
• Maintains and improves the CPI system.
