Summary The incumbent serves as a Supervisory Personnel Security Specialist (Program Manager) in the Operations, Safety, Security, and Preparedness Directorate (OSSP), Office of Mission Support (OMS), and Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA). The incumbent reports to the Director of Operations, Safety, Security, and Preparedness Directorate. The OMS' OSSP directorate is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating all personnel security and suitability related functions VBA-wide. Responsibilities Specific duties include: Directs Personnel Security Specialists in providing guidance and assistance to the Director of Operations, Safety, Security, and Preparedness Directorate in the fulfillment of division goals and objectives.
