Requeriments

• Minimum 7-10 years experience in the automotive industry or a similar manufacturing setup within the Procurement department.
• 3-5 years in a leadership role.
• English proficiency – Full Professional. German is an advantage.
• Valid visa and passport – 30-50% travel required.
• Proven track record with Supplier Development activities.

Skills

• AIAG/VDA core tools knowledge is a plus.
• Hands‑on experience creating effective business processes and procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to plan and execute strategies for Supplier Sourcing and Cost‑Savings plans.
• Ability to coach, drive consensus, and negotiate effectively in difficult circumstances.
• Significant hands‑on experience with statistical analysis.
• Expertise in the Microsoft Office suite required.
• Strong decision‑making abilities within the scope of the position.
