Key Responsibilities
Performs supplier quality management activities related to products procured by the plant and arrange supplier quality issues
Conducts supplier evaluations in series production, manages supplier process changes, initiates and coordinates corrective actions to maintain the agreed quality.
Coordinates the handling of series production complaints and acts as an escalation point to reach agreement on necessary recovery action plans for successful implementation
Ensure the evaluation and resolution of supplier complaints using problem-solving methods (8D method: from D4 to D8)
Collaborate on the complaint’s costs evidence (support at costs evidence and their communication to the supplier)
Conduct on-site supplier audits and other evaluations or visits as necessary
Supports advanced quality planning with suppliers during the product development process
