Supplier Quality Engineer
What you’ll do:
•Ensure compliance with quality requirements for the approval of component processes used in the assembly of our products. Provide support to production cells (AMTs) for issues related to a component. Close NCM D1 to D3 on time. Compliance with the component DAR matrix. Compliance with Customer Specific Requirements (VW D/TLD Audit). Generate 8Ds/NCMs for nonconforming events and follow up on timely closure of D3. Request and verify Dock Audit Reports. Evaluate AS51 rating for supplier responses in the database. Ensure compliance with Customer Specific Requirements for suppliers at plant level. Provide support for the launch of new components, tooling, and engineering changes / SCR at the plant. Provide support to AMG and AMC for supplier-related issues.
