Tasks

SHORT DESCRIPTION:

Responsible for building and implementing the group-wide Supplier Quality Management (SQM) system across all Adval Tech manufacturing sites. The role establishes standards, processes, and governance to secure the supply chain, reduce quality risk, and ensure compliance with OEM requirements and certification standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and TISAX).



TASKS:

  • Develop and implement group-wide SQM processes and standards like QAA (Quality Assurance Agreement), escalation model, supplier development process, audit program.

  • Plan, execute, and follow up the annual supplier audit program based on VDA 6.3 (risk-based planning, on-site process audits, action tracking).

  • Lead supplier complaint and escalation management: 8D methodology, CSL1/CSL2 containment actions, and on-site support at supplier facilities.
