Responsabilities: Analytics (60%): - Develop and perform advanced analytical work for demand planning teams. - Utilize tools such as SQL, Power BI, and Alteryx to deliver actionable insights. Process Improvement Projects (20%): - Lead initiatives to improve demand planning processes. - Drive the team toward greater process maturity and operational excellence. Customer Onboarding (20%): - Analyze forecast trends, historical sales, and inventory data to support S& OP processes. - Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between supply and demand. - Provide visibility into risks and opportunities during monthly S& OP cycles. - Other Responsibilities: Perform other duties and tasks as assigned to support the team's objectives.
