Supply Chain Analyst

Responsibilities

• Managing the day‑to‑day relationship with 3PL and Vendors (Customs Broker /Freight Forwarding agents) and looking for ways to optimise these relationships across the business and driving improvements in services offered.
• Keeping the quantity of inventory on hand in line with company policies, thus improving working capital and/or achieving optimal inventory holdings.
• Foreign Trade administration (imports/exports): ensures that all appropriate paperwork is properly filed with Customs, and that we operate in compliance with all applicable laws and guidelines.
• Ensures that transactions are recorded accurately and are available to Finance, Marketing and Sales departments.
• Reviewing and challenging the current supply chain setup in CL and identifying innovative ideas for improvement, especially considering changing directives and legislation.
