THE ROLE

Design the long-term strategic model that directs the labour plan and schedule
Optimizelabourspending and productivity
Gather, analyze, process, andoptimizescheduling inputs
Buildoptimized schedules
Publish optimizedschedules
Executeonlive week schedule changes
Work with theappropriate BusinessSupport partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporateobjectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience
THEQUALIFICATIONS
TheDirector,Workforce Planning,has:
Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certificationsin:
DataAnalysis,and/or working withlarge sets of data
Microsoft Office, including Excel
