The Plan to Stock Value Stream encompasses the preparation and planning for production build for a customer product. This Value Stream, which is dependent on having a complete product design and authorization from the Program Office, involves a range of activities that ensure the necessary resources and materials are in place to meet customer demand. It includes forecasting and demand management, simulation and production planning, and the management of production schedules, capacity, and inventory.
