Description Blommer has been providing delicious, high-quality chocolate and cocoa products to customers since 1939. Built as a family business, we are continuing to grow and are looking for motivated and reliable associates to help in our mission of Bringing Chocolate to Life!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage and direct shipping and receiving team members to ensure Blommer meets OTIF targets and clear separation of inventory accuracy.
Lead effort to establish and organize an efficient and effective demand planning process.
Analyze the demand plan at a high level to define gaps and areas that should be prioritized and communicate to Sales.
Manage warehouse staff to ensure inventory monthly counts are conducted in a timely manner, also verify inventory accuracy by conducting routine cycle counts
