The Hermosillo Site Supply Chain Leader will ensure seamless coordination and execution of customer requirements. This will be achieved through the alignment of supply constraint and customer demand, planning & execution of manufacturing strategies, creating and executing inventory & logistic strategy. Success for this role will rest on the proper application of FLIGHT DECK fundamentals across the extended value stream with a Safety and Quality first mindset in everything we do. The Supply Chain Leader will report to the Plant Leader with direct line responsibility for customer delivery, production planning, supplier fulfilment, purchasing, and Lean.
