Overview
The Supply Chain Manager leads a team of order management and logistics analysts with the goal of successfully managing all Canada customer and consumer orders from order receipt to delivery. Key responsibilities include: executing a successful fulfillment strategy, leading distribution activities (3PL process management and inventory control practices) at all facilities in Canada, representing all aspects of supply chain and operations on the regional leadership team, leading supply chain process improvement projects, facilitating the training and development of all team members, directing associates on chargeback resolution and avoidance, coaching on problemβsolving and negotiating skills as well as developing and implementing efficiencies in our order fulfillment process to save money and better serve our customers.
