As a Supply Chain Specialist at ITC Electrical Components , you will be a vital part of the operations team, supporting the efficient movement of goods from procurement through to delivery. This role involves managing purchase orders, coordinating with vendors and freight partners, and working closely with the warehouse team to ensure accurate inventory, timely shipments, and smooth day‑to‑day supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

Purchase Order Management

• Control and manage all issued purchase orders from creation through fulfillment
• Communicate with vendors and suppliers regarding purchase orders, lead times, and order changes
• Coordinate shipments and expedite orders to meet delivery timelines
• Liaise with couriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to support import and export activities
• Prepare and maintain shipping documents, reports, checklists, and related records
