Supply Planner (Hybrid – Full‑Time)

Location: Ambler Drive, Mississauga, Ontario. The role combines on‑site presence with remote work, following a flexible hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and finalize the monthly and weekly Supply Plan for Consumer Products/Product categories, aligning with the Demand Plan from IBP and data from Sales and Marketing.
• Communicate effectively on Demand and Supply plan changes to stakeholders.
• Oversee purchase orders generated on the Demand Plan, ensuring Plant and MRP breakdowns match forecasts.
• Review Demand Plan changes and inbound dates, recommending adjustments based on customer needs.
• Liaise with Factory contacts to ensure MOQ, Master data, and Purchase Orders are correct and shipments are timely.
• Coordinate with Customs and Transportation to guarantee product arrival on schedule and recommend expediting options when necessary.
