Job Title: Support Lead – Mid-Tier Java/AWS

Location: Toronto, ON

Work Style: Hybrid (2 days per week in-person at Toronto office preferred)

Hiring Mode: Contract (12+ Months)

Pay: CAD 50/Hr.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead mid-tier application support for critical systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in Java-based applications
• Monitor and manage AWS-hosted environments
• Coordinate with development and infrastructure teams
• Ensure SLA compliance and incident resolution
• Drive continuous improvement in support processes
