Description

Percheron is seeking an experienced Survey Technical Supervisor to oversee the quality, accuracy, and consistency of all technical Survey deliverables produced by our teams. This role is primarily responsible for QA/QC oversight, technical reviews, and the development of standards, procedures, and protocols across multiple survey-related outputs. The Technical Lead will not directly manage staff but will function as a technical authority and mentor, ensuring all drawings and deliverables meet established standards, client expectations, and industry best practices. This individual will play a key role in developing technical talent, improving processes, and elevating the quality of work across the organization.
