Responsibilities

• Function as a Power BI and SQL query expert, translating business requirements into effective reports, data visualizations, queries/stored procedures, key performance indicators (KPIs), data analysis/interpretation to support financial reporting and decision‑making processes.
• Capable of understanding data models and performing data quality checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and reliability of financial data.
• Serve as a subject‑matter expert for the finance system, understanding transactional level processing to provide back‑up support to the systems team and support various data‑related requests.
• Proactively identify opportunities for automation and process enhancement, and spearhead the development of scripts or workflows to streamline routine tasks, improving overall operational efficiency.
